Montreal is cold!!! I came back to this tournament that I love. The members at the club are amazing. I played my first round against Latasha Khan. Although I won in 3, it was a tough match, with Latasha hitting some great kills from the back court. That meant I came up against Samantha Teran in the quarter finals. It was a massive grind in which I won 3/1 with 3 of the games ended 13/11. The match went for about 90mins. I came up against an in form Natalie Grainger who recently beat Nicol David in Malaysia. It seems my quarter final match took it out of me and my legs werent responding well. Grainger played amazing and I lost in 3. Her pace and shot game was far too good on the day.

I head back to NY tomorrow for a 4 week block of training. I am looking forward to getting back into training and will keep you updated on how its going.
